Customs

I want to do nothing more than to create art other people specifically want to make themselves feel happy or inspired. But I still have my own set of rules and boundaries that must be followed.

Choice of Content

- I can't create just anything you want, especially the choice of content in a request. I do not create art or accept any requests that contain Drugs, Alcohol, profanity, politics, "suggestive" content, etc. This is a family friendly business and I would like to keep it that way!

- I also do not accept custom request that would contain any licensed copyrighted material. Any attempts at making such requests will be denied!

Let's get started!

-Before you wish to officially start having me make your order, after you submit your form, I do offer a free estimate determining the cost of your order, excluding any potential changes, add-ons, or expedited deadlines.

- Before your order can begin, I also require a 40% non-refundable deposit out of the cost it will be for your order.

-Each custom order is individually charged by the size of the piece, complexity of the piece (how much detail in the content of choice), Medium, and most of all, the time it will take to complete it.

- I will charge for any add-ons or changes requested in the order.

- After I review your form and want to officially start the process, you will be a sent an email with a secured link where you will submit a non-refundable 40% deposit. When your deposit is submitted, I will start the progress on your custom order.

Through the Process

- At the beginning of the creation process, I will send you a rough sketch to give you a concept of what the piece would look like. Remember! The rough sketch is not set in stone. Any comments, questions, or concerns, let me know.

- Through the process I will send you email with pictures notifying you of the orders progress to ensure it's being taken care of and in case you have any questions, comments, concerns, or requested changes/ Add-ons.

- For any reasons, you are welcome to cancel your order at any time during the creation process EXCEPT when the order is complete and ready to be shipped.

Shipping and Delivery

- Once your order is complete, I will be expecting the other half of the cost from your order paid before I ship it. Once I know it's paid, you will receive and email notifying you that your package is complete and will be shipped, complete with proof of purchase, estimated delivery date, and tracking number. If you have not received your package on the marked delivery date, wait 3 days before contacting me, preferably by email (StellarSpider@hotmail.com) to file a claim and verify for a refund.

- If you're order arrives damaged through shipping, immediately notify me with pictures of the damage and proof of purchase for the order so I can submit a claim to my Insurance provider and send you a refund and my deepest apologies for your inconvenience.

- My replacement policy does not apply to customs
